kerberos error

Hi, i get this error message from all my users on domain in domain
controller.

User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: MAIL
Description:
Pre-authentication failed:
User Name: Administrator
User ID: XXX\Administrator
Service Name: krbtgt/XXX
Pre-Authentication Type: 0x2
Failure Code: 0x18
Client Address: 192.168.15.12

and from all ip addresses that logs on to domain.
Actually there is no problem with the logon process everythings seems fine
but why do i have that error?
Does anybody has an idea about it?
