keep losing "power" every 30 seconds

Yes, I am trying toi find out what is wrong here........I just installed SP2
for XP a couple of days ago although this problem was present before, every
30 seconds it is as I lose power, the outline color for this site is done in
sky blue, when this problem happens, it fades to a light color and all
activity stops and then I have to click the mouse and then the color will
come back, when it happens when i am typing , I can't type anymore but must
stop and click and resume, it does this every 30 seconds, PLEASE
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Judy O

Not enough infomation supplied. Open event viewer Need
help? open up help and support and search for "event
viewer"
Double click application and system. Look for red
colored events that correspond with time of your error.
Select micosoft link. That will open up help and support(
if you have a connection to the internet) You need to
copy that info. Below down and up keys is the copy icon
(double document icon) Then you can paste that here.

Also what kind of computer do you have?
