We have a user that has personal folders configured on Outlook.
Each day when she logs in and opens Outlook, she can see her personal
folders folder at the top level but when she opens it up it's empty.
Normally when the connection is lost, you can't open it and get an error
message when trying to do so however she can go into the folder but the
messages and subfolders are not there.
We have to remove her personal folders and add them back in in order for her
to see the messages. What could be causing this problem?
She does have VPN installed and does use Outlook while she is connected via
vpn.
