Keep getting Iexplorer : " is not a valid date." error

[Really Annoyed]

Every time a new window opens up recently, I have been
getting an "Iexplorer" error which reads:

" is not a valid date.

It is really annoying and I have to click on OK to get it
off. Does ANYBODY know how I can fix this problem. It
just started about a week ago...prior to that my Internet
had been working fine.
