Keep Getting Blocked Web Pages

Hello, I have a computer that I keep getting blocked web pages. I can g
to some but not all. I think that there is some kind of block or settin
on the computer but I don't know want to do. I am lost. Please help me

yes i do get a message in the web browser i
receive:http://tinyurl.com/y9h7ke

and n the web page I get : Website Access Denied
