kboard not responding in win2k

whenever i install win2k my kboard doesnt work, occurs
whenever i get to the win2k loading screen, the mouse
works but the kboard doesnt, if i install win98 the
kboard works as per normal, the kboard doesnt even work
in the win2k or xp installation.

I installed using update from win98

Any one with the same problem could you pls post.

Hello,

If this was an upgrade from Win9x, you might have some remote control
software this is interfering with the newer Windows. To test this, try
installing Windows 2000 to a different partition. If it works there, it
proves that there isn't an issue between that keyboard and the OS.

If you can start in Safe Mode, I recommend uninstalling any remote control
software that you might have and checking to see if they have a version
meant for Windows 2000.
