KB837009 and KB835732 problematic patches

Hi,

Does anyone know what's happening regarding
fixing/replacing the above patches?

We've had to pull the KB835732 update, due to the 100% CPU
utilisation problem (fixed temporarily by uninstalling the
patch in Safe-Mode).

Some users are now experiencing endless reboot-cycles
following the KB837009 update. Anyone got any fixes for
this?

Yes, i sink too.....
Windows2000-KB828741-x86-ENU.EXE and Windows2000-KB835732-x86-ENU.EXE is
problematic hotfix's.
