KB835732 problems?

Is this patch a global problem. Because I have installed
it on all of our W2K servers and workstations and do not
appear to be experiencing any problems(yet).

Is it recommended that I roll them back any way?

IMHO the problem makes itself known at reboot after
applying the patch. If you're up and running I see no
reason to remove the patch and without the patch you have
security issues. I don't know why some systems are
affected and others aren't, just hope Microsoft comes out
with an updated patch soon for those of us who can't use
the current version.

Me too, I have installed all latest patches including
KB835732, on 7 servers-win2k and 70 workstations-win2k-xp
pro and I HAD NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM.

We had quite a time trying to install the patch using windows update. It
finally would time out. (Maybe that was for the better!) We downloaded the
entire 6 mb patch and installed from a Network share and CD. So far we
haven't had any problems, but we will definitely keep our eyes open.

Were curious when everyone tried installing the patch. Was it right away
last Wednesday or so? We seem to think that Microsoft may have changed the
patch sometime Thursday. The first couple of machines we patched on
Wednesday went ok using windows update. The next day they would not take
the patch and still won't install it. Windows Update timed out. Those of
you with problems, have you tried again with Windows update the last couple
of days?

I would be interested to know what day everyone having problems installed
on. We noticed much different behavior from Windows Update on Thursday and
Friday than on Wednesday.

Thursday and Friday of last week then Wednesday with Windows Update. The
update went through fine on Wednesday, then the next day it would time out
and not install at all. Wondering if Microsoft changed some scripting. We
have no problems yet installing the full 6mb file from CD and the network.
