KB824151 Makes Symantec mail Security for Microsoft Exchange to stop responding

After installation of KB824151 it makes Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft
Exchange to stop responding.

Because of this the SMTP engine also stops responding.

Then this happends i couldn't start or stop any Services at all, i couldn't
even kill any proccesses (except from the kill command)

After rebooting into safe mode and removing the KB824151 i could restart the
server successfully again.

Are they any bugs in KB824151 or in Symantec Mail security that makes this
happend??
