Kazaa downloaded files from "my Share Folder" are gone

Kazaa was quarantined(and all the downloaded files) I
clicked the option to restore Kazaa. I don't know what
happened, but now Kazaa would't start and "my share
folder" is empty. I tried reinstalling kazaa, but my
downloaded files are still missing. I see that Kazza is
in my ignored list. Kazaa is no longer in quarantined
list. Can anyone help to me get my downloaded files from
Kazaa back?

First you should look at what it will delete. If there is someting in the
delete list that you don't want to remove, move the files to a different
location. If you want the sounds back that you downloaded illegally then
go to http://music.msn.com/, or napster.com, or any of the other music
stores (excluding that crumby itunes) and buy it.

Thank you for you interest,
but I am interested in hearing tips or steps on how to
find my files that were once in "my share folder" on my
PC. After I tried to restore kazaa, they are gone.

Carlos,
Hey man say good bye to your files. they are gone....your
first mistake was using Kazaa...if you are gonna use a p2p
check out exeem or Ares....both are really solid and
nearly 100% spyware and adware free. Kazaa is like virus
central. but ignore that b/c damn near everyone shares
files across the net. also...next time make sure to have a
restore point that way you can always back up to that when
something takes a shit.

When others have lost their Kazaa shared folder, the quarantine did not show
those files for a LONG time. You may have to wait hours for it to show up,
then you can restore them from the quarantine.

Hi
If you have "Norton Systemworks" or "Norton
Utilities "installed you can restore files from
the "Norton Proteced Recycle Bin"
