Release Notes:

The K-Lite Codec Pack is a collection of codecs and related tools.
Codec is short for Compressor-decompressor. Codecs are needed for
encoding and decoding (playing) audio and video. The very
user-friendly installation is fully customizable, which means that you
can install only those components that you want.
There are three versions of the K-Lite Codec Pack: The Basic version,
who fits on a single floppy disk, contains only the most essential
codecs and related tools. The Standard version contains everything
what is needed to play all the commonly used formats. The Full version
contains even more codecs and also has encoding support.

What's New in the K-Lite Codec Pack 2.27:
- Updated XviD Decoding to 1.01 Final 2004-06-05
- Updated XviD Encoding to 1.01 Final 2004-06-05
- Updated Monkey's Audio DirectShow decoder to 1.00
- Minor fixes and improvements

Yes i know, someone don't like freeware , the site is under heavy DOS
attacks from about a week ago .Please try again later.

Bob, I looked and it wasn't. See eForm's post about the DOS attack. I
got throught this morning.

I looked for a Klite codec pac home page, but of course there isn't
one. Turned up a lot of porno sites instead for some reason.
