Just wanted to let you know I am beta testing AVG 8

it is only for beta testers- still has alot of bugs that need to be fixed,
but i will tell you it has a totally different user look and alot more
features to it. I will keep you posted on how it is going and when final is
coming out and how it will effect the AVG 7.5 users.

Do you know if the final version of AVG 8 will be automatically
downloaded and installed for users of version 7.5 (free), or will we have to
unininstall the current version first?

right now Grisoft has not decided what to do with it.
They are really not committing if they will put this as an free upgrade for
liscense users.
We have not got any feedback on wether it will be free either
All I know is they said they would still support 7.5
AVG 8 is no way ready to go out to the public yet
I am hoping they come out with beta2 for us to test, beta 1 is no way ready
As soon as I know something I will post it here
