Just-In-Time Debugging / Error, A runtime error has occured

when I open Internet Explorer I get this error notice:
ERROR
A Runtime Error has occured, Do you wish to Debug?
Line:85 or 104 or 61
Error: Unspeafied error
option of pressing YES or NO
Also, while I am browsing I get this window:
Just-In-Time Debugging
Please select a debugger
New instance of Microsoft Script Edition
Do you want to debug the selected debugger?
option of pressing YES or NO
How do I stop these warnings or error notices?

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
