"Just in Time" Debugger

M

Mike Moyle

Every time I open IE6, or close it, I get a "Just in
Time" Debugger pop-up window asking me whetjer I want to
use the VB.NET IDE or a script editor to debug an error
in "Script". It pops up two or three times each time,
and sometimes even when I surf between pages. If I
actually chose a debugging environment, then the window
comes back when I close the environment and refuses to go
away until I reboot.

This has been going on for a week.

I have no script named "Script" on my computer. I've not
been able to locate the Just-In-Time Debugger app. I've
run my virus checker twice, after updating it, and gotten
a clean bill of health.

I've not been able to track the script down or determine
what's calling it. But its a vb or vbs script, and
whoever wrote it left an "end if" off.

Anyone recognize this situtation?

Try this see if it helps.

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. 3. In the Internet Options
dialog box, click Advanced.
4. Click to select the Disable script debugging check box.
5. Click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check
box.
6. Click OK.
