Junk Senders List Problem

after setting up my junk senders list, outlook has managed to move all the
junk mails coming from all those junk senders to the deleted items... but
after somewhile i noticed that some of my emails coming from senders which i
did not include in my junk senders list, are also heading straight to the
deleted items. how is this possible? i double-checked the junk senders list
and these senders are'nt really there, i even removed all the junk senders
list and just decided to restart a new list hoping that it would resolve the
issue, but it still keeps on doing it. it even got worse because there is
nothing in my junk senders list at all, so i expect that all emails will be
heading straight to my inbox, but still some would go the deleted items. i'm
in the point of no where now, please kindly help... anyone?

There are some general junk rules that are applied also. What version of
Outlook are you using?

The Junk E-mail filter looks at more than just the sender. It also scans
the body of the message and flags things as junk based on the content.

answer to first reply, Version of outlook im using: MS Outlook 2002

answer to the 2nd reply, i know that outlook does these features.... thanks
for telling me anyway... maybe i'll try to uninstall ms office first and try
to reinstall it and see what happens next, if it doesnt work then i'll post a
new thread to tell you all the details of this problem... i think there's a
bug in ms outlook.... still you may give me suggestions of how we can mend
this one. tnx again

The junk mail filter in Outlook 2002 is not easily controlled. You'd be
better off disabling it altogether and using a third party add-in like
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/
