Hello all,
I am hoping someone here can give me a clue on an issue i am
having.
We have an exchange 2003 server that is serving about 70 outlook 2007
clients... almost all the clients are running in NON cached mode...
now we have an office in china which has their own email server and
domain name... now their domain name is EXACTLY like our domain name
with the exception of .cn added to the end...
ie @abc.com = our domain name
@abc.com.cn = satelitte office domain name..
now heres the issue random emails and random users are getting emails
from china getting dumped into the junk email box... even though...
a- they are NOT in cached mode... b- theyve had emails from the same
user in china that went into their mailbox... c- not all the ones
dumped into the junk box has attachments or was written in chinese...
at least not by what the encoding said...
if anyone has seen this before... any info would be greatly
appreciated.
thanks
