Junk Mail Filtering Question

I am getting emails that use images with text as ads. This allows them
to circumvent junk mail filtering. Is there a way for me to filter on
the HTML in the email to move it to junk based on that?

Outlook does a miserable job filtering on HTML - I use SpamBayes (free from Sourceforge.net) for an added layer of spam protection.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
