junk mail filter should work on additional mailboxes

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 to read my Exchange account.
I open additional mailboxes to read our generic mail accounts (info@...).
These accounts get a lot of spam/junk mail, but the Outlook junk mail filter
seems to ignore that. It only filters the messages coming in in my premier
account.
This means I daily have to manually delete a great number of messages.

There are lots of other features that don't work on additional Exchange
mailboxes (creating rules, setting the OOF, etc...). This is because it is
being assumed that you act as a delegate and not as the owner. Only the
owner can manage these functionalities. In the case of Junk E-mail and the
fact that your running Exchange it is better to use a server side Junk
E-mail filter anyway. Exchange 2003 with SP2 has Junk E-mail filtering and
Anti-Phising techniques built in.
