i am using Windows Vista Buisness and Small Buisness Office 2007 and i
cannot get the junk folder to work correctly. what ever i do, it still
recieves emails from people i have in my address book and treats them as
junk. i have even re-installed office to no effect. i asume there is a file
i need to delete as well as the registry keys relating to the junk email
folder before re-installing.
Can any one point me in the right direction?

If a message ends up in your Junk Email folder and you deem that it
shouldn't have, all you need to do is add that sender to your Safe Senders
list as follows:

Right-click the message
move the mouse pointer down to 'Junk Email'
click 'Add sender to Safe Senders List'

The message will be immediately moved back into your Inbox, and all pictures
or other content will be restored. Future messages from this address will
not go into the Junk Email folder.

Make sure before you do this that the message is from who it says it is.
Their email address should be displayed at the top of the message. Don't go
by the sender's name alone as it's very easy for unscrupulous people to
change this.

i have done all that ( add that sender to your Safe Senders list ) and still
the same sender ends up as junk email again, i wish it was as easy as that.

i still feel that i need to delete a registry key prior to re-installing.

this seems to be a recuring error. which may have been corrected by the
vista 1 update !!! has any one any feelings on this

outlook tips reference to OUTLOOK SPY at first glance would seem the answer
to my prayers, unfortunately the program dose not seem to show junk email
folder as shown in the screenshot. could this be because the program "
Outlook Spy " has been updated since the tip was written.
is there another way i can delete "Junk E-mail rule " ?
