JPG & BMP file types

When I am saving Jpeg pictures from the internet, the
picture bar & right cliking/save picture as only allows
me to save the images as BMP. Anyone know how to change
this?

Easy to fix. Go to this site, bottom of the page.

After you do this, you can automate the procedure so you will not get this
problem again.
In the same window with the delete temporary files button, click on Advanced
tab. Scroll down with your mouse until you find Security and check the box
"Empty.....when closing browser"
