Journal with reminders?

Hi all,

I have a question about Journal in Outlook:

In my work, I use Journal to record activities with my clients, for example,
sales inquiries. Is there a way to add a reminder to the Journal so that it
can prompt me at a certain time to follow up on it? For example, if today a
client calls me with a sales inquiry. I would enter a Journal for that call.
And also, I would like to set the Journal to automatically remind me to
follow up in 24 hours time, and enter a follow up entry.

Is there such a feature in Outlook? Or any 3rd party software that I can buy
to add in?
