Joining mpeg video files

A

Alvar Liddell

Is there a freeware application that will join mpeg video files of
varying sizes into one larger video file? I have seen a few headers
on the subject in the past but at that time I wasn't looking for an
application. Now I am!

Any help gratefully received.

I don't reply to trolls like Andy Mabbett or Doc (who uses sock puppets)
for instance. No adware, cdware, commercial software, crippleware,
demoware, nagware, PROmotionware, shareware, spyware, time-limited
software, trialware, viruses or warez for me, please.

Thanks, Bob. I like the looks of that MediaJoin program. And it's listed
at Snapfiles, Softpedia, free-codecs, Tucows and Nonags (6 ducks!).

Looks like a keeper and maybe even Pricelessware. Excellent
recommendation. Thanks again!

The newsguy's site says the Camel MPEGjoin is version 1.0.7.b, but it
does not download that version. That site, and all the others I've
looked at only have version 6.0.81.69, which doesn't work on my XP
machine.

Does anyone know where the most recent version can be found?

Rather than trying to find the newer version, you should simply go with
Bob's suggestion:

http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/MediaJoin/mediajoin.html

or the homepage:

http://www.audio-video-tools.com/details/8/MediaJoin.php

Don't be put off by the "Buy Now" thing. It's freeware. Will join
several media types including .mpg files.
