JIT Debugger

I can not view photos in my HP programs. I get a message that reads:

Fatal Exe Error (0x7927baca)
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id= 0xbf8 (3064), Thread id= 0xee0 (3808)

Then I get a window that says click CANCEL to debug the application. When I
click OK I get this message:

Registered JIT Debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT
Debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2).
Please check computer settings.

cordbg.exe !a 0x7cc

Can someone please help me with a solution to this problem? PLEASE HELP!

My guess would be HP is trying to write Java code again ;/ I would try
installing the MS Java VM.

MS Java VM was prohibited by a court decision. If you lack the MS Java, the
MS update site will refuse to give you an update for it. see

HELP!!! I'm so new an so old. I seem to be having the same error message that
reads:FATAL ERROR QX 7927 baca
cordbg. exe la oxbc8 I have a dell computor still runs sorta well, but Don't
have the slightest clue in the world on how to correct this problem, the
message appears when I sign on and off, even tho I click on cancell it still
appears..Please any help for this woman who is literally computor eliterate,
in easy to understand step by step instructions for me to do... Thanks so
