Jetpack failure

Does anyone happened to know why I received this message?

C:\WINNT\system32\dhcp>jetpack dhcp.mdb temp.mdb
jetpack failed with error = -1811

My DHCP server is configured correctly I just can't
compact the database - what could be the problem?

You did not stopped DHCP server
Try first to enter "net stop dhcpserver"
after that you compact the database
and after sucessfull compact you go "net start dhcpserver"

You can stop and start DHCP server from dhcp console (dhcpmgmt.msc) too.
