Jet 4.0 Database Engine Question?

We are STILL using NT Server 4.0 at are server, and we recently upgraded to
Access 2000 for our database. The databases themselves exist on each
workstation and the raw data is being stored on the server. In other words
only the raw data is traveling through our network. I'm interested in
upgrading the database engine on our server to the latest 4.0 service pack.
(currently we are running version 3.51.2026.0)

Should I upgrade the database engine version on the NT server and if so, are
there any known problems or issues I could run into?

There's no reason to have either Access or Jet installed on the server.
Access is a file-based DBMS: everything happens because of software
installed on the client.
