jdbgmgr.exe accidently erased how do i get it back

I erased this file which I now know to be essential
jdbgmgr.exe I have looked in the help section for how to
restore missing erased files but could not see how to get
the function to work any ideas much appreciated

You might try to run a SFC /SCANNOW from the command line to determine if it
will replace it when it checks through all the files. You will need your
installation CD.

If you want the details of SFC, just type SFC /? from the command line.

Do you have "Restore" capabilities on your computer? If
so, pick a back date and your program will be re-installed.
