java wont install

when i try to nstall java it says This installation package could not be opened.Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.

are u trying to install the sdk? what is the size of the package? maybe it
did not download correctly.

the file 1.35mb but now its saying a different error so im downloading the offline manula version so if this doenst work then i will let u know
