java.lang.System exception for vjslib in c#

Hi there,
In my C# window application I am using vjslib to unzip the file
programmatically. Its working fine on development machine. When I am
deploying this application on Production server I am getting
“The type initializer for 'java.lang.System' threw an exception†error.
Production machine has .net 2.0 framework installed.
Can any body help me how to resolve this issue?
