I've 'searched' and failed to find answer in this newsgroup Outloo

I have searched this question within this community and have not found the
exact issue and/or answer so here it goes:

Our company uses Outlook 2003 on Exchange server. We have a signature with
specific formatting that we are to use. No one is required to use any
specific "editor" for email. Many times when replying to a received email,
the corporate signature changes formatting, not only color, font but spacing
as well.

Without having to click on the original email, format (HTML, Rich or Plain
Text) is there something that can be automated? This is a nightmare for the
Marketing department because our "signature" goes out looking terrible in
many cases.

Any Solutions are greatly welcomed.

Replies always use the format of the original message. Thus, if your sender
sends you something incompatible with the format of your corporate
signarure, naturally the signature's format will be changed to match the
format of the received message. Your best bet, then, would be to have your
Exchange server always add a plain text signature to all outgoing messages.

Thank you Brian. I will pass this on to our administrator to see what can be
done on Exchange.
