I have been hacked and my computer has been made part of a system group
policy with only guest permissions. If I log in safe mode no user
accounts show up. I can not do a restore. I get an error you do not
have sufficient security priviliges. H ow can I get in and remove the
group policy and log in as administrator?

Have you ever have assigned priviliges on the computer before?
In the Safe mode Open Control Panel and click on adinistrator tools and
click Accounts and do your changes there to your account/s.

To edit group policy via command, Open the RUN command and type:
gpedit.msc and Press OK
Computer configuration >> Admin Templates

Also, be sure that your firewall is working ok as well. If you use windows
firewall, reset the defaults and ensure that you have "no exceptions" set.
Looks like the firewall allowed file sharing and may have allowed your system
to be hacked........

It always amazes me when people answer without reading the post. I can
not log into safe mode . I get a screen without any user accounts. When
i log on normally I get only a guest account. I also from the guest
account cannot open the group policy. I basically have no privileges.
To answer your question I never assigned a policy. I am not part of a
network except a wireless router to use the internet. I had wpa
security and I locked only specific MAC addresses.

Well, I read your posts and I think you're an irritating little bugger. Try
just answering the folks' questions and with any luck they'll continue to
help. Alternatively there are plenty of people you can pay to help you.
