I'm having a really hard time downloading audio tunes to my video. I use an
Ipod and I would like to import tunes from that onto my video. It keeps
telling me windows movie maker is not compatiable.

1. Open iTunes
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > Importing.
3. Change "Import Using: AAC Encoder" to "Import Using: MP3 Encoder"
4. Click OK
5. Find the song in your library that you want to use in yoy video, right
click and select: "Convert Selection to MP3" -- This will make a duplicate
of your song, but in MP3 format.
6. Windows movie maker should recognize this format and yoy should be able
to use it for your movie.

Handy tip that, but just a note of warning, as MM sometimes has problems
with MP3's, so it may be best to convert this file then to a wma if you find
you do have problems such as popping at transitions.

Thomas,

I am writing to you simply because you said to feel free to ask any
questions. My question is about Itunes. I have the program installed and when
it opens, it works well. The problem is that some times when I try to open
it, it tells me that it has encountered a problem and that it has to close. I
re-start my computer and then it works well. Two days later same thing
happens. What could be wrong?

Hmmm. Have you tried to reinstall? Also, make sure that iTunesHelper.exe is
running in the background
