iTunes and Vista

I am trying to install iTunes 7.2 on Vista Ultimate.
The Apple web site says it for Vista but when I try and install it I get an
error that says Visual Basic is not installed or disabled.
Please advise.

Open an elevated Command Prompt to register the module vbscript.dll. To open an elevated Command Prompt, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.

Type the following in the Command Prompt window:

regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Press ENTER
