ITUNES AND OFFICE IN VISTA

everytime i open microsoft office 2007, or Itunes, i have to "wait while
windows installs the program"

Why?

I know it isn't an apple/microsoft problem, because office 2007 is doing the
same thing!

I am a DJ, and I use itunes/PCDJ

How do i fix this problem??

Have you tried simply reinstalling the applications manually or removing and
reinstalling them?
