Finally, after two frustrating weeks of mailing and faxing, I got response

Back when we had that MS email epidemic a few months ago, I never gave it
a second thought as I sat my filtering rules with Mailwasher and blew
them off and only the good ones came through. Eventually, the ISP got
things under control. But if it happens again and it most likely will MW
to the rescue.
