ISTbar & MediaGateway

hello,

everynow and then i run a spyware scan and constantly find the same two
spyware/ adware: ISTbar and mediagateway. Even after the antispy cleans them
out they seem to come back and Istbar trojan downloader is causing me major
heacdaches... My antispware definitions are up to date and so is the program.
(Microsoft AntiSpyware Version: 1.0.615). Does anyone have any idea of how
to get rid of these adware/spware or mabe whats causing the regeneration?

Boot into Safe Mode and run the scan there.

If they only come back now and then you are probably causing it by
downloading things that include it. Do you have MSAS running in the
background?
