Just had this program trying to get access on the net
tonight. Have had XP for 2 yrs. along with zone alarm, and
have never had this program appear before tonight. What is
Isass.exe, what does it do? Is it a program recently
installed by microsoft updates? Thanks.

isass.exe actually intiates the OS to start right befor
the login password, if it asking to access the net you
best be on the alert for the w32sasser virus. I had the
same thing happen and boom total cripple of the system.
if you get the NT AUTHORITY shutdown there is a way to
disable so you can remedy the sutuation
