ISA server in multi subnet connection

I am setting up an ISA server on a 2003 server. The
server is in a workgroup. I can access the Internet
through ISA server from any machine, which is on the same
segment as the ISA server. My problem is that any machine
that connects to the ISA through gateway (i.e. the machine
is not in the same subnet as the ISA server) cannot access
the Internet.

Is any one knows anything about this problem. It will be
much appreciated.

this is routing table issue. posting the results of ISA server ipconfig/all
and the details of other subnets may help.
