Is Wizard control only available for ASP.NET?

It would be nice to have Wizard control in WinForms.

Yes, there is User Interface Process Application Block available, but if I
need a simple
two-step wizard, it is an overkill.

It won't take very long to make a simple wizard from scratch, but it is
still nice to have
a simple light-weight control that can be reused...

Why isn't it a part of WinForms?
