Is what I have peer-to-peer?

Hi there and thanx for not flaming me.

I have a 4 PC wireless network. Each has access to the net through my
wireless ADSL Router.

I want both of these PC's to share the shared folder with the other and
the one PC must share the printer connected to it.

Through GOOGLE I have come accross this tutorial to setup a peer-to-peer
network. As wording of this kind is new to me, I'm not sure if this is
the one.

http://www.utexas.edu/its/wireless/install/install_peer.html

I don't know the wording for it, but I want PC's to share the "shared
folder"with the others.

Knowing what I want, I must begin now to do it.

Thanx for your help.

Thanks for the plug, Bear. :)

Deon, you have a peer-to-peer network. Some of what that tutorial
says applies to your setup, and some of it doesn't. For example, your
wireless network uses Infrastructure mode, not Ad-Hoc mode.

Run XP's Network Setup Wizard on each computer:

XP ICS - Starting the Network Setup Wizard
http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/xp_ics/networksetupwiz.htm

If the Wizard finds a shared Internet connection, tell it to use that
connection. If it doesn't, tell it that you connect to the Internet
through a residential gateway (router). The Wizard will automatically
create a Shared Documents folder on each computer and share the
printer.

Hi there and thanx for not flaming me.

Not so quick...you can't thank us for "not flaming you" until after
you haven't been flamed.......

So you have four PCs. OK.
I want both of these PC's to share the shared folder with the other and
the one PC must share the printer connected to it.

"I want both of these PCs..." - so what happened to the other two?
You just said you have a Four PC network!

Yes, you have a P2P network. If you aren't using a domain controller
running a Server OS, then you are running in p2p mode.
