Is User Accounts totally busted in 5472?

Whilst 5472 from MSDN is a HUGE improvement is speed and usability over
beta 2, I have a clean install here, and User Accounts seems totally
shafted, as I cannot add any additional users!

Seems like such a fundamental problem, suprised to see it.

Anyone else got this problem? if not, i'll raise a bug report.

I'd raise a bug report no matter if a lot of people have this problem or

I ran accross this as well. I decided to redo everything on my Dell
Inspiron 600m. I reformat and reinstall Vista 5472 to see if I can figure
out how this happened. Here are my steps.

1. Installed Windows Vista
2, Created 2 normal user accounts with no issues via the link on the Welcome
Center
3. Shut Down the computer, (not the sleep default selection)
4. Turned it back on
5. Selected Add new users from the Welcome Center and then clicked on Add
user accounts.
6. No accounts were listed (not even the account that I created during
installation.)
