I believe they have offices here, or at least a sign; but no idea if
they
are licenced, probably are.

So how do I know if I'm dealing with a secure site or not? I'm still
waiting for a response from the company. Thanks.

A better (bettor?) thing to do is to utilize one of the 3rd party money
transfer sites such as Neteller.com (https://www.neteller.com).

Virtually all of the online casinos and online poker sites utilize
Neteller (those sites make way too much money from 'legit' gambling to
risk defrauding people of a couple hundred bucks).
