is this card better than my current one?

Hi i am currently looking fdor a new graphics card but i do not want to spend that much money. I have an agp board so i need an agp card. I found this one on ebay what do you think is it better than my current one (fx5200)? And will it play some of the latest games or not?

I dont even need to open the link to say - dont bother.

Both are rubbish - save up for a decent one, aim for around £150/200 to compliment a system like that.

the minimum for new games is a 6600gt/ x800gto

and you will struggle sometimes with them.
