Is this a routing issue??

Here is my setup;

Windows 2000 Server and ISA Server 2000 Dual NIC'S and RRAS for VPN and
local routing...
North - Public IP - lets say 66.123.123.123
South - Private IP - 192.168.2.1

The problem I am having is that I cannot ping out from the workstations,
only from the server. When I do a tracert it stops at 192.168.2.1 I can also
get to the Public NIC but cannot get any further.

This is what I get from the workstation

C:\>ping 67.127.45.229

Pinging 67.127.45.229 with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 67.127.45.229:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

This is what I get from the server

I:\>ping 67.127.45.229

Reply from 67.127.45.229: bytes=32 time=16ms TTL=63

Reply from 67.127.45.229: bytes=32 time<10ms TTL=63

Ping statistics for 67.127.45.229:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 16ms, Average = 8ms

I have also added a static route from the internal network to the external
network and that did not work either. Does anyone have a info on why this
would be happening.

Any help woould be greatly appreciated.By the way this was working fine
until the customers DSL was disconnected and now I am not sure why I cant
get this to work again.

Thanks
Gavin...

Have you created the appropriate packet filter on ISA?

Yes, this is all turned on, and this was working fine before they replaced
the DSL and now I can't seem to get this to work...?

Any other suggestions...

Thanks
Gavin...
