IS THIS A REASON FOR CRASHES

Is the following statement from the event log , a reason for computer crashes.

"The Windows Security Center Service was unable to establish event queries with WMI to monitor third party Antivirus and Firewall"

A crash does not always happen following the above event.

Commuter; 2G megahertz clock speed, 1G RAM memory
Windows XP updated with all Microsoft updates and Norton Antivirus and Firewall
Microsoft Security are not used

Not really - since you can turn off that monitoring with ease.
