Is this a bug?

Hi,
Recently I have been encountering a problem with Reports.

In Access 2007, If I change some form properties' default value(For example;
Border Style, Close Button, Min Max Button, Movable, Show Page Margins),
Report returns to Design View if i press the ESC key in the Print Preview.

Also it is same in ACCDE. I tested it. So do you think this is a bug? Or am
i missing something?

Actually, I think you'll find that it is not going to DESIGN view but LAYOUT
view and it works the way it is set up. To disable this from happening, set
the Allow Layout View to NO in the form's properties.
