Is this a bug in Excel? Strange copy/paste behavior.

Try this out..

Download the attached file.

Highlight column C.

Copy it.

Open up a new workbook.

Paste it.

Look at cell A32.. IT'S BLANK! But on the original sheet there is no
blank.

Why is this happening?? If you put stuff into B31 and B33, then paste
it back into the original worksheet, it skips the blank and puts
everything where it is supposed to go.

I am using Office 2000 when I get this bug.

Hi

umm, if you have a look at your original spreadsheet you will notice that
row 32 is hidden & if you unhide it it is indeed blank in column C.

C32 is empty in the original file. Unhide row 32 to see this.
