Is there any problems reloading after a hard drive format?

I need to reformat my hard drive but I need to know if I'll be able to reload
Windows XP Home Edition without any problems. I'm not sure if anything would
happen but this thing with activation bothers me. I've already activated and
registered the product but will there be any problem if I reformat and
register and activate again?

There is no limit to the number of times you can install the same
version of XP on the same computer, and a retail version can be moved to
any computer as often as you want as long as it's only installed on one
computer at any time. If more than 120 days since the last activation,
it will go through fine on the internet. Less than 120 days would
entail a short 5 minute phone call.

There's no limit to the number of times you can reinstall and
activate the same WinXP license on the same PC. Nor is there ever a
charge. Nor does a Product Key (so long as it's not an evaluation
license) ever expire. If it's been more than 120 days since you last
activated that specific Product Key, you'll most likely be able to
activate via the Internet without problem. If it's been less, you
might have to make a 5 minute phone call.

Here are the facts pertaining to activation:
