is there a way to split one document into two?

I have a document that is too large to send as an attatchment. Is there a way
to split the document and make two seperate documents?

Hi rattsb

Make two copies of the document. Delete the top half from one and the bottom
half from the other.

It might be easier to .zip up the file and send the .zipped version.
