Is there a way to show all US Federal Holidays w/o manual entry?

I want to import all US Federal Holidays into my calendar without having to
do them one-by-one. There are multiple instances where the actual holiday
falls on a weekend but the holiday day off is granted on either a Monday or
Friday. I need this for team planning purposes.

I've just started using Outlook 2007. The real holidays are all there. For
example, Memorial Day shows up on May 31, 2009. However, the Federal
Government gets May 25, 2009 off. July 4, 2009 is a Saturday; however, the
Feds get July 3, 2009, the preceding Friday off. I need to capture the
day(s) when folks won't be available for meetings and/or avoid scheduling due
dates on those days.

Version of Outlook? Aren't they all in the holiday list?

Hopefully this one be a second reply (I just tried to post one and it hasn't
shown up yet).

I've just started using Office 2007. All of the regular holidays are
showing but they are on the official day. However, there are multiple
instances when the the Federal Government is shut down on a different day
than the holiday. For example, Memorial Day is officially on May 31, 2009.
However, the governement takes May 26, 2009 as the holiday. July 4th is on a
Saturday and the government is closed on Friday, July 3. I need to avoid
those days for meetings and due dates for documents or project milestones.

You can check around the net, but I think you'll need to enter those
yourself. The easiest way is to copy the holiday and paste it on the federal
date.

Traditional Memorial Day is May 30 each year. If your calendar shows it on
May 31, it's wrong. Observed Memorial Day is the last Monday in May each
year.

either the outlook 2007 file or the outlook 2003 update has it (and another
holiday, I forget which) wrong this and next yr.

The last Monday in May 2009 is the 25th not the 31st. The 31st is the last
Monday in May 2010. It appears they are reversed in Outlook's holiday
database.

database.

I just removed the Microsoft-supplied entries for all recurring holidays and
replaced them with real recurring all-day events (like "Memorial Day
(Observed)" with a yearly recurrence of "the last Monday of May"). I continue
to use the Microsoft-supplied entries for those holidays with no real
Outlook-specifiable recurrence, like Easter and the holidays related to it.
