Is there a way to recover my Vista OEM Key?

Ok, my installation of Vista home premium isn't working right at all. I am
going to play around and see if there is a way to fix things via the dvd etc.

I've lost my key though, I am using another person's copy of vista too. I
am on XP right now, and Vista is on another drive on the same pc. Is there a
way for me to recover the oem systembuilders key I used when i installed
vista originally?

Your Windows product key is usually available on your Certificate of
Authenticity sticker located on the chassis your machine if your system came
preloaded with Vista, usually at the bottom of a laptop. If your key has
some how become lost or stolen, try RJL's software Windows Product Key
Viewer for product key recovery, supports both Windows Vista x86 and x64:

Did you check the COA sticker on the machine it came with?
